No players in the lobby

Hi @Tarek-TmT Are you looking at Portal or using the All Out War matchmaking? Also, I take it you're not using the solo/coop option?

Edit: I tried looking you up on both versions using the name you've got here, but no players matched the search criteria.
@ElliotLH Thank you for your trying to help me. I’ve tried all kind of war matchmaking and non of them it works, in the portal i found a few servers but i can only play with bots, there’s no real player at all. Also i searched about you and couldn’t find anyone result.

But you have mentioned 2 versions of the game, so what do you mean by that?
Because when i purchased the game and i have Xbox one, there were 2 options 1-for only Xbox one 2-for the one and series X and I purchased the second option, so does that affect ?

- @Tarek-TmT I wonder if it's something in your privacy settings causing the problem? Also, I take another look for you and will see if I can find you.
Basically there's one version for the Xbox and a different one for Series S/X (an S/X can play both). If you don't have a Series S/X but are playing that version then there could be issues. I always assumed it just wouldn't work at all, but I don't have an Xbox One plugged in anymore to test with.- @ElliotLH Thank again for your support.
The version which i have is supporting both Xbox one and series X/S, and the one which i installed is for the Xbox one because the system automatically will cancel the one for series X.
I double checked the privacy settings and there’s nothing at all.
I raised a ticket on EA support team but still there’s no response at all@Tarek-TmT Ah OK, I get you now. That's good as you can probably rule out it being an issue with the version then.
There are only two things I can think to suggest which I'm not sure if you've tried already, and they're more for the issue with you and your friends not seeing each other - make sure that the Privacy settings in your EA account are right (ea.com) and that your friends are also playing the Xbox One version of the game.
For what it's worth, though, I was able to find you last night in the Social menu of the Xbox One version last night before I went to bed (I didn't send any invites or anything).
