not dropping trophies

Good day! Faced the problem of not dropping trophies. Clean Work and R1 Mastery Weapon. All conditions are met, skins and emblems are unlocked in the game, but there are no trophies. the forum in my region did not help me, the hotline did not understand at all what I was talking about. Can developers read this forum? what should I do? playing on ps5

    @ivan4019 For Clean Work I recommend retrying doing and for R1 Mastery Weapon try leveling up your over level and see if that helps.

    We cant grant trophy's on PlayStation systems and as far as I know it snot something PlayStation support can grant.

    @EA_Atic -clean work was done by me 3 times, how many times should I try again? I went into it to get an achievement. in the player's profile I have a token that the conditions are met. why should I waste time because of your flaws?

    @EA_Atic if you can't, playstation can't either, then where else should I go with this problem?

    Try rebooting the system before you play Battlefield 2042. It seems to fix some issues. However, this should be investigated by the devs.
