NOT FIXED! Unable to Connect with Error Code 1:3300J:15021:-10571258760:0B?

Everyone on PC, can you do me a favor and reply and put your motherboard vendor and model number exactly as it is in say CPU-Z app or any app to figure out what the make/model of it its.

I'm needing to gather info on this. It won't explain the console boys but it might help narrow down our issues.

Yeah, so you have the same intel chip as me for the ethernet. Do you have a USB ethernet or another PCIE eithernet nic you could install? Try this, right click on network at bottom right and click troubleshoot problems. Then it will bring up a dialog for you to pick your network card to troubleshoot. Run through it and send a pic of what it shows. If it says something like can't find DNS like mine's been doing then we have the same issue.

Just right click ethernet at the bottom right and click troubleshoot. Then click the ethernet NIC that you're currently using and does it give this DNS error issue?

I just got a new motherboard and therefore my first thought of a bad Intel NIC was wrong as I'm still getting this issue.

Still trying to nail down whats causing this.

Haven't been able to play for going on 24 hours again. Same error as what I originally posted. No DNS issues from my network card after disabling IPv6.

This has to be an issue with their application or something. If I wanted to take the time, I'd scrap the encryption keys from memory to decrypt the packets but thats more work than I'm willing to do. But I'd bet you'd find some error in the messages if it could be read.

I have a tip DICE/EA, don't make your game require what it thinks is network connection to open the dang game. I can't even change settings or anything in this game. It's basically a useless splash screen app that does nothing.

ELEVATE THIS AND GIVE US A STATUS PLEASE!

Yeah its not my ISP. As I and others have stated before, we can play other EA titles just fine. I can run nslookup queries to all certain sites. I've changed my DNS server from OpenDNS to Google and back and nothing makes a difference. This isn't an ISP problem. This is a problem with how DICE has written the code to query the qoscoordinator server and not being able to get to it. Who at DICE can we talk with about this?

Just tried to launch the game again and got the same error that I was getting yesterday. I'm on the same PC posting this so I have internet access obviously. There is something wrong with this and it's not just me that's dealing with it. If you see on reddit, there's tons of people complaining about it and its not just PC players but console players also. Seems there is a design flaw with how all this works.

Ask someone form DICE on how to troubleshoot this more. I've gone through ALL steps that I could find. I uninstalled VPN tools (and rebooted), I uninstalled OneDrive which I wasn't even using. I turned off IPv6 on my network card. What are some IP's or URL's that I should try to connect to in order to make sure this works?

@EA_Leeuw  I just talked with my ISP. They have found nothing wrong with my service. I even connected directly to my AT&T router and set passthrough mode to my PC where I am directly connected and no firewall or anything and guess what? Can't play the game. I can't even play Battlefield V either. I go to join a server and it says I don't have access to that.

Something is wrong with the game servcies and this needs to be elevated. I paid good money for these games and I can't play them. I'm not happy with this at all. These games are the only ones I'm having issue with it seems.

Get a DICE engineer in here and elevate this please. I'm going on 48 hours and unable to play these games.

I've ruled out my network gear as not being the issue. AT&T has stated there isn't anything they can see that's wrong on their network. They are sending a replacement router but I doubt that will fix this issue since it's not an issue with their network that they can see.

What's an IP/URL I can ping or trace route to in order to make sure I can connect to stuff?

Well was able to fire up the game this morning and it must have found the network after DAYS of not being able to. Guess what changed overnight? NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally NOTHING changed.

@BattlefieldDICErNot sure who you are but are you aware of this being an issue where several users are unable to play the game for days then something happens and we can play? Is there issues with servers? Is there something wrong with routing of data? Does it have something to do with EA App and the background service that runs? I assume this is the issue where it is broken trying to connect to EA's online services but can't and therefore keeps you from playing new battelfield titles. I was unable to play Battlefield V and 2042 for 4+ days due to something not connecting to your all's services. Nothing in the help page works. I've contacted my ISP and they said nothing is wrong with their network. I connected directly to my AT&T fiber router and enabled passthrough mode on it (DMZ basically) and still unable to open and connect. Turned off windows firewall did nothing. Don't have any anti-virus except windows defender. Tried repairing game multiple times did nothing. Deleted the My Documents BF2042 folder did nothing. Clearing EA App cache did nothing. Uninstalling and reinistalling EA App does nothing.

I have no solution as to why today it decided to work after 4+ days of not being able to play. Can you please notify the devs about this? @EA_Leeuw was uesless in helping and provided no information as to letting us know they would tell the developers. Just would blame it on our ISP. This is clearly a problem as there are multiple posts about it in here. If this is a general error, then debug it and figure out why it's doing this.

@darth_19  Interesting. I've done the ipconfig /flushdns then do the /release and then /renew commands and it does nothing. I haven't tried the netsh winsock reset. If I get the error again, which i'm sure I also will have it happen, I'll try that to fix it. I honstly think it's their EABackgroundService is messed up and can't connect to their game services for whatever reason and restarting that service doesn't help.

Mister @EA_Leeuw , how competent are you in this matter? I am a system engineer for an internet service provider. I have access to the entire infrastructure, and half of it I made / updated with my own hands. What kind of nonsense are you advising people? You are just wasting time. I simply run ping 8.8.8.8 -t and play. After the error, I have no losses, I have no checksum errors on the switch interface, I have no problems with any of the routers, and I have no problems with any game including cs:go that I play every day. Do not disgrace the company and pass information about the problem to your IT people. On reddit people talk about this problem as something that they have already come to terms with or just deleted the game. If you need any information, I will provide it. A traceback to your address, a wireshark dump at the time of the problem, whatever.

@Mystic8b  Hey, great stuff here. Too bad a wireshark dump wouldn't matter because all the traffic would be encrypted. Next thing we'd have to do is get the encryption keys from memory as the game is running and I'm sure we both don't want to waste time doing that and would probably be labeled a hacker/cheater if we did haha. I've tried and tried talking to them but it's like talking to a brick wall. I even tagged a dice employee and they didn't even respond.

The game as been working for me just fine since Monday morning but Apex Legends that uses the same backend services probably is doing the same thing now and I haven't been able to play since Sunday evening. It's a joke. I know it probably uses the same backend service because it gives the same link to the ea help of cannot connect.
