Summarize your bug i own the ultimate edition to Battlefield 2042 and i have not recieved my 20 tier skip for the battlepass. Its showing that im a premium member but has not given me the 20 tierskip for my ultimate edition owning.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by owning the ultimate edition or buying the 20 tier skip for the battlepass.

What should be happening instead? i should be recieving my 20 tier skip along with the rewards to go with it

I own the ultimate edition to battlefield 2042 and the game is showing that i am a premium member, but it has not given me my 20 tier skip along with the rewards to go with it. i am currently tier 13 and i should be 33 with the tier skip. is this issue being resolved or is there something i need to do to get the 20 tier skip. if you say that i need to purchase it with the coins i have not recieved the coins to purchase it and also i should not have to purchase it as it comes with the ultimate edition. even so its not in my store for me to purchase the battlepass with the 20 tier skip becuase i should already have it..
