Not very many servers with players. Max 20/32 and it's noon.

It is around noon and of the short list of servers available, the highest player count on a server is 20/32. Since installation I've not seen very many servers with many players at all. What is going on here? Crossplay is on. This is the only game I've ever played where servers didn't show up. If I let the game choose, I wait a long time then join with only a few players. I could use some help here. There are more servers and players on BF4 and BF1 by far, that I see available for me.
