NTW-50 High Power Ammo does not unlock

So the High Power Ammo says that it unlocks at 120 kills, i have 355 kills right now and still dont have it unlocked. What now?

If something is missing or not unlocking restarting game should trigger it for you, if it dont please tag me in the topic.
