The EA Terms of Service team has confirmed that your account violated their anti-cheating rules ( as you told, after filing the appeal) which makes them view the ban as permanent. The support team rarely changes their mind about permanent bans even when users claim they made no intentional mistakes.
You can try to contact support again to verify any possible errors but you should not expect them to remove the ban...

But I need to know what it is that they think I did to violate these terms as I did not cheat. I don't understand how I could have been banned from Battlefield 1 when I wasn't even playing the game. I was able to play 2042 but then the same thing happened. I have seen many subreddits where other users have had the same problem. A specific reason or some sort of proof should be produced. It's just strange that I have not been banned from other EA games (the other one I play is Battlefront 2) but on both Battlefield games I own. It's extremely unfair to say essentially that "you did something that's within the anti cheat rules or user agreement, we're not going to tell you what it was because we don't have to) how can you have trust that if you purchase other EA released games that the same thing isn't going to happen. 

They won't tell you that, unfortunately. ToS only provide the general reason but not specifics, as certain information might be able to be used by cheat makers and users to avoid bans.

I am not accusing you of cheating at all, to be clear. I just wanted to give you some information about why ToS usually aren't able to provide what you're asking for. 

I'm in the same boat as you all. I was permanently banned for "Game Enhancement," and the appeal was rejected with no explanation. I don't cheat.

I'm desperately trying to figure out what could have triggered it. I just got a new Alienware keyboard and mouse. I used the Command Center to set a keybind on a side button (like I always do) and turned off the RGB. I'm even wondering if just being clumsy and "overclicking" on the new high-profile keys could look like something suspicious. Has anyone else thought of something so minor?

It's maddening what we have to guess at because EA refuses to be transparent. They are punishing legitimate players who invest in their games and creating massive distrust.

While that process may sound reasonable in theory, its application is deeply flawed by a fundamental lack of communication. If a company requires its customers to install invasive, kernel-level anti-cheat software, it has an ethical obligation to be transparent when that system flags an account.

They should be required to provide specific evidence for their accusation, rather than hiding behind vague terms. The fact that numerous honest players are being banned is clear proof that their anti-cheat system is unreliable and is punishing the very customers it's meant to protect.

It's rubbish. My case has been in "waiting on studio" for the last 2 weeks with no response from EA giving me an actual update. It's a joke that they just ban players for no justifiable reason. It upsets me more because I was really excited to play BF6 but I refuse to buy it in fear that I'll just be banned from that game too. At least if a legitimate reason was specified I could make sure to do the opposite of whatever the thing is that I apparently did. Hopefully yours gets sorted mate

me too bro few answer for try but there is no solution. and cant make appael too. i love bf series but this make me sad

Your not the only one who was falsely banned from the game for the same thing but mine was triggered to do with my computer overheating and needing new thermals and that got me banned from the game since on the game I was lagging and stuff but I had no control over it and was caused by the computer needing to be serviced and stuff after I did on my other games my computer was working properly but I got banned for the reason of what I said so they took a computer problem as a gameplay enhancement and banned me for just because of my computer having problems previously.

Same exact thing happened to me in BF2042 on an account I had not played in years. Scary that this is not fixed yet as I do not cheat or anything like that. I have appealed at least 4 times and my ban is permanent is all they will say, they will not even tell me what was detected so I can remove it I just get a generic TOS reply. Also since EA only allows 1 linked account, I can never play EA games on my Xbox account again. I am scared to even get BF6 because I do not want 70 bucks thrown down the drain for whatever might be installed that the game does not like. It just says "Game enhancement" for the reason, I would never pay someone to play a game for me this is insane that it has not been fixed yet.
