Nvidia Shadow play instant replay is causing my game to lag/stutter

Extremely sluggish cursor when Nvidia ShadowPlay overlay is up. It's so bad and slow that I have to use Tab to navigate to adjust settings in Nvidia's ShadowPlay.

My question is: Who's responsibility is it to fix it? DICE or Nvidia?

Running at 4k resolution. Not sure what else to say.

Anyone else have this problem?
