Summarize your bug I am an EA Play subscriber and have still not received the October gun skin (Melting Point). I received the skins for the previous months, but not October.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? I never get awarded the skin
What should be happening instead? I should receive the skin
I opened a ticket with EA Help but they did not resolve the issue. Eventually they told me to open a bug report here.
One thing to note -- I play 2042 through Steam, but my EA Play subscription is through the EA App. But I received the rewards for previous months without an issue. It's only October which has never shown up.
