Old BSV-M can't unlock case doesn't slove and new problem comes can't even play

The case number 113792660-(The BSV-M doesn't unlock but my rank is 23 and I have premium battle pass, the smokeGL is unlocked but the BSV-M didn't,and the verify one-time code is 326955 ) doesn't slo...

    One of the final issues for us to fix from last week has now been fixed on Monday .In rare cases, players earning certain Battle Pass ranks did not receive their unlocks.

    They should now find them available next time they login or play a round.

Same problem cant unlock it.

I was ~89 lvl battle pass, sniper kills above 100m no count

      I unlocked it some days ago, just using DMR instead of sniper rifles. Apparently there's a translate issue
