Pacifist bug in all EA games

A very bizarre bug is happening to me in Xbox One.

For some reason, I can't sprint in basically every EA game I have in my library; started with BF1, and then I tested Bf2042, BF5, BF4 and Battlefront 2, and in all of them, I can't sprint. And if this wasn't enough, when I jump, I shoot, again, in ALL of these games.

I already tested other games like COD MW3, CODBOCW, Verdun, Halo and Enlisted, all these games works well, but not in EA-made games. I tried the left-handed option and worked, but the normal mode not. I also reseted the console, played in Cloud, used the controller with batteries and with cable, and all failed.

Did anyone knows what is happening? And how can I solve this problem?
