Packet loss making the game unplayable

Had this issue ever since I preordered the game (Ironically spent more money to play the game early yet couldn't!).

Internet speeds are absolutely fine, consistent speeds of over 50mbs, system requirements are way above the minimum, nearing the recommended for the game.

Spoke to multiple EA helpers which stated it could be resolved by changing my DNS server settings, tried multiple different servers (google, Cloudflare, etc) to no avail, still the exact same.

After the most recent patch, it seems to have got slightly better but still unplayable as any gunfight you get into, you can't guarantee your player is going to stay in the same position or jump back to where you were 10 seconds ago.

Have seen other people are having this issue but no solution has been found and has not been addressed as of yet!

  • Yep, they havent responded to the countless forums and reddit posts about this issue. To not even address this packet loss issue is beyond frustrating after paying extra money to play the unplayable game early. Who knows what we are gonna do. Seems like this issue is on the back end of their priority list. Needless to say its getting uninstalled until they give us some type of information.
