packet loss
When I am in matches with 128 players, I have terrible packet loss. The connection to the server is so terrible that I cannot shoot enemy players, or move effectively in combat. I cannot use vehicles...

Just start Battlefield 5 see if it happens there. There might be more traffic because of the bigger player count,
Or you're in a server way out of your region. Since we can't check servers in this game you might have a geo filter on your router?
One thing you can still check is network congestion. Directly connect your pc/console to the modem, see what happens
