Paik's Scanner - Spot Assists Not Counting Towards Unlock & Incorrect Cooldown

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Paik. Use the scanner. Get a spot assist. Look at the scanner on the HUD. And, don't use the scanner then get into the revive state for the next test.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't show the correct cooldown timer. Spot assists with the scanner aren't counting towards unlocks.
What should be happening instead? It should show the cooldown timer when used, and not go into cooldown when not used. Spot assists with the scanner should count towards unlocks.

Paik's scanner issues:

• Cooldown occurs after revive even if it wasn't used
• Cooldown timer doesn't appear sometimes after use
• Spot assists with Paik's scanner aren't counting towards unlocks that require it. It's as if 2+ quick and successive spot assists are not in order to count, or some other trigger that makes it count.
