Parachute does not pull consistently

@SkacikPL Rofl I totally forgot I posted this thread but...yeah, it is. Auto-deploy sometimes pulls your chute ASAP, sometimes pulls it at the last second, sometimes does nothing. Manual pulling is still a total crapshoot on how many times you have to jam the button before the animation even starts and how long the animation takes to complete. I've sorta just stopped jumping from heights because the frustrations in trying to use the parachute aren't bloody worth it.
