[PC] EAC Policy Violated
Hello! Im having issues with EAC at the moment. I keep getting kicked because I "Violated Easy Anti-Cheat policy". I have tried to, Verify game files Reinstall EAC / Repair EAC Do a "Clean boot"...

Thank you for the tip. I dont use that perticular software. And I dont think I use any software like it either.
This is why I tried to start the PC with a "Clean boot" to remove every software and service that wasnt from Microsoft, just in case there were some incompatibility.
No luck so far though.

- @JustChiffer So no RGB software or icue. Have you tried uninstalling EAC and reinstalling it.

Tell us what happens ! If no issues popsup, then there is some software you need to whitelist !!!ah you did already a cleanboot, ok, you did check game files ?
And you got Steam sorry , little slow atm, hahhaa.
If ya reboot windows , make sure Steam is not booting also with windows !
Shutdown / close Steam !!!
PS C:\\ is typically install location, jus as example !
Steps for Steam
Right-click Steam shortcut select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR and then find and click on the Library.
Right-click Battlefield 2042 from the list and choose Properties.
Click on Local Files in the left panel and choose Verify integrity of game files.Press the Windows key + 'E' to open File Explorer.
Press Alt key, select Tools > Folder Options > View, then check Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Navigate to the following location C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\ and delete the files:
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.sys
Delete this file C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe
navigate to C:\\Program Files(x86)\Steamapps\common\BF2042
Right click the BF2042_launcher.exe (<-- this is the EAC launcher), select properties,
select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.Right click the BF2042.exe (<-- this is the game launcher) , select properties,
select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Battlefield 2042\EasyAntiCheat and right click the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe and
select to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. In the EasyAntiCheat app select Repair !Navigate to C:\\Program Files(x86)\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat.exe select properties,
select compatibility tab and select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR , click APPLY , click OK.Close File Explorer
TEST GAME !!
It's possible you need to white list EasyAntiCheat / Virus Scanner / Firewall ect ect,
it can block or make violations / issues in some cases!
