[PC] EC: 1:86001S:66003S:239733663O:0B On Start Up

Seem to be getting this error whenever I launch battlefield & can't connect to the servers.
Have tried doing all the common fixes. Updated my drivers, reconnected account, made sure everything was functioning properly, clearing cache, running as admin, everything suggested.
Opened a chat support & they told me they will be opening an official case on my behalf but for the time being there is no official solution. Trying my luck here, appreciate the support. Thank you.

Specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz (20 CPUs), ~3.7GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
Motherboard : ASRock Z490 Pro4
DxDiag attached for the rest of the information.

Just spoke with chat support & was told there is no solution to my error as it is just a "bug" & to try my luck on the forums. Anybody have any solutions to resolve this? Haven't played in a long time & just reinstalled to play with some friends. Sad to no be able to play as i've heard the game has improved significantly since we last played. Will take any suggestions, thanks.

@JustJambaaa I don't know if this will work, but I've seen it given as a solution in the past: Log out of your EA Account on both the EA App and website, then log back in to both and try launching the game.

You could also try the suggestions in the connection guides, assuming you haven't already:

    https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/faq/problems-playing-online/

    https://help.ea.com/uk/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

Also, there appear to be older threads here about this error, so you might find some other info or suggestions if you search using the error code.
  • I just had this same error code and found that the EA servers were down (reported by over 2,000 people on downdetector.com).  However, when I went to EA's website to check if their servers were down, they claimed they weren't.  I feel like the problem is that the servers went down and EA tries to hide this.  They even implied that it was my internet connection then recommended I uninstall/reinstall the app.  After hitting "retry" for about 30 minutes, I'm finally back in (servers are back up).
