PC: Mouse right click not functional random respawns

Summarize your bug Mouse right click not functional random respawns. Only on new respawn does the right click work. This is also on a fairly new Corsair mouse, outside the game and in other games it works no problem, so not hardware related.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's random when trying to do multiple funtions at once. Like rappel and zoom, jump out of heli parachute and zoom.
What happens when the bug occurs? No mouse right click response.
What should be happening instead? mouse right click funtions should work.

Hello,
I searched for this but didin't find anything. I can't pin point what triggers or what causes the problem, but the right click function on the mouse quits working at times. The only way to get it to work again is to die and re-spawn.
Is this a known issue?
This is also on a fairly new Corsair mouse, outside the game and in other games it works no problem.
