PC (Origin/EA) Black screen on launch after latest BF update

Checked a few other posts and figured I should make a new post with my own DxDiag file in hopes of getting a solution to this problem.

Played the game fine two days ago.

Was gonna launch the game now, it required an update.

And then the problem started.

Got the latest drivers.

Updated/repaired the game.

Tried deleting the BF folder under documents.

Still the same issue.

Game launches, black screen, no sound, Origin FPS counter hovers around 330 FPS, Console can be accessed.

DxDiag file attached.

System info;

Win 11 22H2. AMD R7 5800X, Nvidia RTX 3060.

Reinstalling the game now to see if that helps, but don't have high hopes as that hasn't worked for a lot of people.

@t0bse1337 Ok, so a reinstall got me to start the game. Got to play the tutorial for the 5th time. When I tried to start a game after that it freezes. So guess I'm over to your problem now then xD

@t0bse1337 Not really the same issue, game doesn't freeze, it doesn't launch properly. Never get any game video, it's JUST a black screen.

for me it freezes in different situations. sometimes it freezes on start, sometimes after 1-2 rounds or on a map change.

@t0bse1337 Ok, so a reinstall got me to start the game. Got to play the tutorial for the 5th time. When I tried to start a game after that it freezes. So guess I'm over to your problem now then xD

Same with me, either the game just freezes at the launch of the map or I get a black screen.

@Nalms yes i got that to and reinstal;led my windows, got locked out now for 24 hours, cause bf2042 is installed at to many computers !
hahah i only reinstalled windows 11, cause i was thinking maybe an error cfg error at my system.
Try to change display driver , 517.48
must say i did everything to get the game running without crashes , but it still did cvrash every 2 a 3+ game rounds !

@Rokebo73I tried the Studio Ready drivers (522.30) and had some high hopes as it worked a few games. But then it froze so then its back to waiting on Nvidia for new drivers I guess.

@Nalms yeash known issues for now. Check topic GAME FREEZE.
Many people got same issues, EA/DICE is aware of the issue and building a fix at this moment !
