Sorry to hear that you're having this issue.
Could you maybe play a few rounds & record these rounds with the in-game Network Performance graph enabled? This how-to describes how you can enable that in-game graph.

I have been having these issues since the patch. It feels like lots of micro lag and packet loss - often people will be jumping around a few meters when you're trying to hit them. I'm not the best player but the significant lag doesn't make things easier.
A few key times:
01:46 - Grenade
02:50 - Delayed shots
04:05 - Can see the glitchy enemy movement. Happens more often in close quarters.
05:25 - Stuttering
05:50 - Door confusion
06:05 - Delay to bullets - fully auto almost sounds burst
07:10 - Grenade delays

Ive been having similar issues ill leave here a screenshot of the network grafs, ive run a clean install of windows and of the game and the problem persisted, server TN high int the 1000's, cpu 90%, game does not go above 30 fps does not matter the settings high or low always the same, game plays in slow motion and less than 30 fps. this is all after the 3.0.0 patch before it was 30% cpu /70 % gpu 100+ fps high .

Here's a round of mine showing the 3 red boxes along with the network performance graphs as well.- @Dissidian84 couse the horrible quality of the vid i can only see that you BW out is super low, are you streaming while gaming? if so cap your stream software bitrate output. As it shows that you cant send out more data that the game needs.
No I'm not streaming anything. I even did a cleanboot and still the same issue.
As I've mentioned, the game ran fine before the season 3 update. Now suddenly the game has frequent packet losses and the CPU shoots up to 100% usage. This is definitely not a problem from our side but from EA's side.
