[PC] The server in South Africa rubberbands like crazy! Network info attached.

For context, it's a full 128 player vanilla server with micro stutters every 45 seconds or so. It disappears and then returns after a short while. Here's a screenshot with in-game network info showi...

I did some more investigating into what could be causing the issue, and I believe its closely related to the CPU issue 2042 currently has. I tried out the fixes recommended in several community posts to reduce the high CPU usage and now I receive far less rubberbands but I noticed something else instead, occasionally inputs can be slightly delayed.

Hope the High CPU usage issue is fixed soon. Maybe its a placebo and the server just didn't lag whilst I was playing. Guess I'll see over the week how it is.
