Hello!
I have the same issue as author as of today 12 Mars 2023. Game is on Steam, but doesn't respond on EA app either when trying.
I have done the same kind of error search and handling as already written and suggested above, no dice for me either.
It worked yesterday as latest for me without issues (11 Mars 2023). Have also been playing the whole week without issues.
This has happened previous for me as well, during Season 1 and Season 2 I believe. Never figured out what the problem was as the game suddenly "fixed itself" and started working again after some time.
30 Minutes after writing this, the game suddenly started to work again, as mentioned above briefly "self fixed". Have done nothing except watched an episode on VLC while waiting, then tried again. Pretty much speechless.
Would be nice if a mod/dev rep. could give confirmation if something has been done via "backend servers" which could cause this sort of behaviour? I doubt watching a movie/tv serie episode on VLC is a fix in itself *roll eyes*. Thank you in advance.

Same happened to me 5 minutes ago
Just was playing, started new map after another one, got infinitive load, restarted game and cant start anymore
P.S. Okay, 5 minutes and now it is working fine. Did nothing, seems from Dice/EA side
