[PC][BUG] BF2042 :: Weapons do NOT shoot, reload automatically, does not reload!

I probably will not record any gameplay. Too many GB and resources would be used for nothing for a happening which doesnt appear each minute.

But I can say as I just had again 11 bullets left in my M416, and it didnt shoot. Enemies didnt see me, were all in a line, this would had been a multikill with ease ..

I was switching between the T-UGS and X6 Device and to plant them, back to my M416 and nothing happened. Switched to the Sidearm and this one worked though.

This is clearly an old "BETA" (Early Access) bug which has just returned again by the HARDCORE event, as I haven't encountered this glitch or bug for past few weeks ..

This bug appears in hardcore as well as in normal conquest gameplay ..

@N3tRunn3r Video is usually best for these issues as the devs find it helpful to see exactly what's happening. It can also rule out things like connection issues, especially when there aren't mass reports coming in or it's an inconsistent issue.

If you don't think it's worthwhile to record, then that's absolutely fine, I'm just trying to give you some more context as to why it's useful to do so when bug reporting. 

Since this week's RUSH XL EVENT in BF2042, a new issue has appeared.

The reload function doesn't work properly anymore. Happens maybe within 2 of 5 matches ..

I hit the "R"-key but "all" weapons do not reload, not even whenever a whole magazine is emptied. The "R"-key doesn't work!! There is no reloading animation, so amount of bullets are sticked until the whole magazine is emptied. And still cannot reload. Happens to primary weapons as well as to sidearms ..

Then whenever I switch emptied weapons as the Assault Rifle to the Sidearm and back, the AR is again reloaded and vice versa (without reloading animation).. !!

This "bug" can also be used as an exploit for insta-reload, logically. Shooting a whole magazine empty, hit the non funtioning reload key, switch weapons back and forth and weapon is again fully loaded up.. during special circumstances, this bug and exploit is faster in reloading weapons as a regular reload event ..

In this case, 2 weapons can be reloaded instantly "at once". The primary weapon as well as the sidearm. Both weapons are shot empty and just to switch weapons reload them.

So, it seems this earlier issue as weapons didnt shoot before (last week) is sort of fixed, but now the reload-funtion is affected ..

I again guess it has something to do with deployables. Placing deployables, switching stuff fast, bad server performance issues and server lags during this event, all this might cause these issues and bugs ..

This AMAZING bug has returned for a few days, lets say since Week 2 of current XMAS event ...

Weapons sometimes do NOT reload, this often/usually/always happens with Blasco after planted a beacon or whatelse!!

You need to empty a magazine and then to hope and be lucky the weapon is reloaded after switching between weapons ...

This crap is very disturbing ... VERY ...  for a game which has been released in year 2021 !!! As a simple reload does not function !!

If there wasnt this xmas event currently, I would had uninstalled BF2042 BY NOW !!

How often have I reported this issue/bug, and still it returns and returns again and again . . .

After this xmas event, I am not touching BF2042 anymore . . . And even by current BF2042 sale, there are PlayStation cheater with wallhacks . . . as usually during a sale . . .

I am DONE with BF2042 !!
