When I play, I get a constant performance icon on the left side. It's 3 squares stacked up on top of each other. What does this mean? is it something likely on my end? Any chance of knowing how I can...

There are times when there is other devices, and there's others when it's just the computer I'm playing on, both times it occurs

Hmm, got it.
I was curious if setting a static IP address for your PC could make a difference. If you can give that a shot I would really appreciate it. If you need more details on how to set up a Static IP, I'd recommend checking out the Port Forward website where they have instructions for a lot of different platforms.

Looking through the DxDiag you shared I noticed some Windows processes crashing in the diagnostics section. When you've got a chance can you try running the Windows System File Checker tool to see if it's able to find any issues?
