I have a RTX 3070 and intel i711700 and game runs like crap. When I played early access open beta I had 140 FPS, I now have 60-80 FPS on lowest graphics... fix ASAP!

TRY TO DELETE CONFIG FILES. USERPROFILE_Documents_Battlefield 2042\settings_
- @ToshioRiko I managed to get it working.
I've deleted Battlefield 2042 folder found in Documents (made a backup of it, just in case) then I switched to nvidia studio drivers, in GeForce Experience, on Drivers tab, right side click the 3 dots next to Check for updates and select studio driver, install it and give it a go.
Is it perfect? For me, no:
- I can't alt tab whille in a match - directx error
- I feel like I've lost a few FPS here and there
- "Play" button still artifacting for some reasons
- I feel like they released this game without properly testing - oh wait, wrong topic OMG DICE please optimize game for min specs.
My problem is, my PC is good for min specs (even powerful) but GPU loads only on 15-30% and all work does CPU

Im sorry but the only way to make the game run better is by upgrading your cpu and motherboard.
Also your gpu doesn't do the trick you need atleast 6GB of Vram.
Min specs:
Core i5 6600K (fx 6300 a little bit worse than this Intel but still good)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (1060 loses in VRAM but wins in performance)
And 16GB ram ofc

Over the days I've been trying to understand what makes a game so bad. Over time, we feel the lack of respect with which EA/DICE has been treating its loyal Battlefield community players. Aborted Battlefield V in the middle of their journey claiming that they were dedicating themselves to a new project with the ambition of several studios committed to the realization of this new game.
In this illustration below I show how my GPU behaves in the home screen and how it is inside the battlefields and I don't find reasons for it to give me these frames and have its utilization so low.Please DICE, stop letting us down, we just want to have fun.

Nvidia did an update yesterday for drivers, could you try them out and see if the same issue is happening.@Mo3232
/AticJust upgraded my GPU to a 3060TI with the recommended specs being a 3060. my build is listed below. I can, no joke, get MAYBE 20 FPS and that's if I drop it down from 1440p to 1080p and medium settings. I'm not sure what's going on. Please help.

game is on an SSD mx500
using an 32inch ultra-wide 2k monitor.
talking to other while in game. people with a lot less then me are getting high settings stable at 50-60 and somethin showing 70+ for similar to my build. something must be off.
Hi, I'm experiencing frequent CPU stutter across all maps and modes.
Enabling perfOverlay.drawfps shows in real time that my GPU is performing consistantly, however my CPU timings frequently double or tripple resulting in frequent hitching.
Is anyone else experiencing anything similar and have you managed to fix it?
CPU: 5950x
GPU: 3080ti
RAM: 32GB @ 3,600
Storage: 2TB NVMe SSD
