Persistent Servers not staying up

In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Persistent Server On

Summarize your bug Hosting a portal server with the persistent server on doesn't not in fact, make it persistent. As soon as the last player leaves the server is immediately shut down.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Mark persistent option on and host a server, then leave.
What happens when the bug occurs? Server doesn't stay up.
What should be happening instead? Server staying up.

Persistent servers doesn't stay online after last player leaving, battle pass bought for this sole purpose.

    @L501-Sylar Yup, I find mine often shut down too.
    Also, because the servers are so unstable and unreliable, they often crash, which may also be the reason why our servers shut down.

    Maps sometimes fail to load too, resulting in frozen/ crashed servers.
