Summarize your bug Ping / CommoRose gets stuck if you move the mouse directly after unpressing the ping/commorose hold button. The only way to escape being stuck in the CommoRose is to wait a full 1 or 2 seconds without moving the mouse so it centres on the screen and the the menu thinks that it can close after doing that.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Press the CommoRose button to open the CommoRose and hover mouse pointer over an option on the side, then unpress the CommoRose button but continue to move the mouse as if you want to simple continue aiming your weapon in the game. (the commorose menu will stay open and the mouse pointer will stay up, repeatedly resetting as if it's waiting for you to stop using your mouse long enough to close)
What happens when the bug occurs? The CommoRose stays open essentially forever so if you keep moving your mouse. The only way to get out of the glitch is if you do not move your mouse for about 2 seconds after selecting a CommoRose quick chat option.
What should be happening instead? CommoRose should just close unpressing the CommoRose button. Dependent upon the CommoRose menu navigation, a quick chat option should play if the mouse pointer was hovering over a specific option but if not, then nothing should play and the CommoRose should still close. It was working fine up until the latest patch.
