Pixel fire, explosions, smoke and other effects

What about the smoke, fire and explosion effects? It’s difficult to convey the problem from screenshots, but it’s clearly visible in the game. Especially when an airplane or helicopter releases flash drives, they fly out of it, pixelated and soapy.Everything is on Ultra settings with DLSS enabled. I tried tweaking or disabling some settings, nothing helped..
