Pixelated low res effects with DLSS on

Since launch I have been experiencing pixelated smoke and fire in game with DLSS on. I have heard others have the same issue with RTX cards. Is there a fix to this other than turning DLSS off? With it on, it significantly increases FPS. I'm assuming this is a graphical glitch and not an intentional effect with DLSS?

Ryzen 9 5900X

NZXT Kraken X53 240mm

ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC Edition - 497.29

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200

MPG X570 Gaming Plus

SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express Gen 4.0 x4

SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB PCIe Gen3. X4

2 TB 7200 Seagate HD

Corsair 4000D case

Video settings Ultra. 2K res. Ray tracing off. Future frame rendering on. Reflex Low latency on. DLSS any setting will produce the pixelated effects.

  • Here's a better picture, the effects get worse the further they are.

Are you using dynamic resolution scale by any chance? @Mofrow

  • @EA_Atic DLSS 2.2.18.0? It's high time to switch at least to 2.4.0.0 where ghosting/pixelating is limited/improved. Unfortunately, newer DLSS lib requires game update. When can we expect this?
  • @Mofrow Additionally, I also have a very annoying graphical issue when in helicopters. The cockpit will flicker intensely with an image of the cockpit that just glitches and flickers while flying. Will probably give me a seizure someday..
