I didn't get what happened for the last days ingame but feeled that my mouse was going wrong... Looking in the forum you just opened my eyes !
Tried to lower my pooling rate and i could feel the difference.
Logitec G302 here, same problem.
@EA_AticHello Atic, updating you on the same issue on patch 6.0 Season 6, after this patch the issue is back on Steelseries Rival 600 with 1000hz polling rate.
When I drop it to 500hz is slightly better, but still an issue. Can you please look into it, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Veteran BF player over here.I am now experiencing this problem since an update - I've been away fromt he gamer for a month or so and never had this issue before. Having turned down the polling rate from 1000hz to 500hz it seems playable again but still not 100% perfect.
@EA_Atic I tracked my mouse activity while the issue was occurring as I suspected my mouse was being automatically flipped between the game and my desktop in an almost flurry of alt+tab like functions being performed by either the BF2042 client or Easy Anti-Cheat. The reason for this suspicion was I happened to be clicking mouse1 to fire while it happened and my game minimized instantly.
So I set OBS to record my desktop while BF2042 was running and every 53 - 56 seconds, something in either BF2042 or Easy anti-cheat (I suspect BF2042 b/c it doesn't happen with Apex Legends) causes my PC to rapidly swap my PC input focus between my desktop and BF2042.
- @thefunkis That sounds smart enough to be true. I have noticed that sometimes the commands I've mapped to the mouse buttons disappear and I check back to the Logitech app and find it has switched back to the desktop orientation. Who would have thought of it but I think you might be on to something being Easy Anti Cheat cutting in.

i can't play the game because of this bug. this used to be the case then they fixed and now they reintroduced it back. very frustrating and disappointed, specially because we don't get any kind of acknowledgment from them.
