@SirRevolver try enabling raw input in the mouse game settings. G502 Hero, never had a similar problem.
I have raw input enabled. I also tried disabling it and playing with Nvidia Reflex. With both disabled it happens even more often than both enabled but in my case having raw input does not make the issue disappear.
Still as of right now the best thing to do for me is to keep polling rate below 500.
