Poor Performance on a 3080ti and I7 9700k
Regardless of settings the game is stuttering like crazy and dropping below 60fps constantly no matter what i do in any mode except rush, i dont know what i can do, my friend has a weaker pc than me ...

@SgtWireless Which monitor and resolution are you running, running a 32" at 4K here with Ultra settings on a 10900K and a 3080 Ti too.

im running at 1440p wiht the games settings on ultra, CPU load is always 100% regardless of whats happening, GPU usage is far too low however.
