Poor service from ea & unable to link my ps5 to ea account

Have tried for several days in a row to get in touch for support via the support chat was waiting 2 hours yesterday still couldn’t get through have been waiting for 2 hours again today and still can’...

Genuinely felt like I was waiting for a day, I went about my day and had the phone/chat active whilst in the line and eventually after a loooooong time (longer than I was told) the numbers started to go down. It was a ridiculously long wait
