Portal: Bots do not attack MCOMs

Summarize your bug When using the custom MCOMs in Portal the attacking AI will ignore the MCOMs. They will only arm the MCOM if they are already within very close proximity. If they are to defend the MCOMs then they work as expected.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Create a new Portal experience on a large map in TDM. 2. Enable an MCOM and set ownership to Team 1 3. Set the location in the middle of the map. 4. Start the game and you will see the AI on Team 2 will completely ignore the MCOM however Team 1 will go to it and defend it. 5. Now change the MCOM ownership in the editor to Team 2 6. Start the game and you will see the AI on Team 2 got o the MCOM and defend it. Team 1 will completely ignore the MCOM.
What happens when the bug occurs? The attacking AI will not go towards the MCOM.
What should be happening instead? The attacking AI should go towards the MCOM.
Since the addition of MCOMs to Portal there has been an issue with the AI behaviour. When the AI are supposed to attack and arm an MCOM they will completely ignore it unless they are already extremely close to it (Within about 15 meters).
When the AI is defending an MCOM they will go towards it as expected and defend it no matter the distance they start from. I would expect the attacking AI to do the same
The only workaround to get the AI to go towards and attack the objective has been to stick an additional MCOM to "defend" under the ground of the desired one that we want them to attack which attracts them to the location. It's not ideal as it makes the UI very messy. If we can have the attacking AI fixed then we can create proper Rush experiences where the AI play the objective.
The issue affects all maps and all game modes. it can be replicated easily too. I recommend replicating it on a large map.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Create a new Portal experience on a large map in TDM.
2. Enable an MCOM and set ownership to Team 1
3. Set the location for the MCOM in the middle of the map.
4. Start the game and you will see the AI on Team 2 will completely ignore the MCOM however Team 1 will go to it and defend it.
5. Now change the MCOM ownership in the editor to Team 2
6. Start the game and you will see the AI on Team 2 go to the MCOM and defend it. Team 1 will completely ignore the MCOM.
