I was able to change the vehicle weapon reloading time or skill cool down(...etc) last month. Now these features in the portal website is missing. Did they change the features?
The missing features are back now.
No offical statement, even not a hot fix. So it probably was the technical accident with their servers. I'm not sure.

thank god i thought i was the only one who noticed
another missing feature is the ability to tune each weapon's individual damage output. Had a server set to where sidearms are super deadly but noticed that is now gone. Super lame
well is there only me and you have this problem because when i connected with EA support. They said that there is no switching side button in portal. But we had it right?
