  Reading around, this seems to happen when you have already restarted your server at least once. Then the random restarts start to happen.
  @EA_Atic maybe this will help you reproduce. I don't think it has to do with the code of the server.

    @dfk_7677 Yes server restart seems to trigger it as well as server admin command for next map. Both of those appear to be catalysts.
