Portal Server Search Automatically Hides Full Servers

Summarize your bug Currently the Portal server browser does not show full servers. There also isn't an option to see servers that are full.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search for servers.
What happens when the bug occurs? full servers dont show up.
What should be happening instead? show full servers.

We had two parties, eight friends trying to play together on portal.  One party some times wont be able to see the server another party joined.  I realized that the server browser automatically filters full servers. And the more maddening thing is that there isn't a toggle to enable me to see full servers.

    EA obviously do not want us to be able to queue on to join an already popular and full server.

    While this is essential, as part of running a great and popular server!

    And also an absolute must have, for us to be able to team up and play together with our friends in the game!
