What happens when the bug occurs? Browser doesn't refresh with actual active servers or player counts, instead shows frozen results from earlier searches. Joining puts you on a unintended server, or in variety of errors
What should be happening instead? Server browser should update correctly with with active experiences and players and joining those servers would be pretty neat too

Seems like we have the same kind of issue, we had previously. The portal server browser appears to be stuck again with locked search results. Search always shows the same servers with same player counts, which never change. Refreshing the browser occasionally switches the listing to alternative results, but it still has frozen results from earlier searches. Trying to join a server, that looks like it has players, results in variety of errors (Server not available/The game session is not available), depending on the server. Sometimes the browser joins a game, but the game puts you in a random server, that you didn't pick (or might've not even seen on the list).

Summarize your bug Played online selecting games from portal on 22 March 2023 up until 20:00 (SAST). Today 23 March 2023 when I tried to play, any portal match, I receive error that the Game session is not available. No changes made, no updates received.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What should be happening instead? Be able to play the game.

About two weeks ago after an update I had the same error.  It was fixed.  EA indicated that a roll back was done.  This time, no updates, just does not work.

Restarted a number of times, switched off power, unplug more than 10 minutes, test Internet connection all well, still same error.

The server browser is broken again. I think the portal experiences do kinda work and exist, but no one can't find them using the browser, since it doesn't update at all with current active servers or player counts. The ones you're trying to join, are not currently active or have any players in them, therefore you get those errors. Seems like it shows frozen search results from few days ago, with servers and player counts, which never change. Until dice fixes this, you're stuck with auto-matchmaking softcore, or other games.

Thanks for reply, had this problem more then a week ago , it was fixed lol, now same problem is back, the 3rd day already, I know Pc players is ok, but this old gen consoles , I think Dice struggles to keep the servers running constantly. We are in for a thing, lol.
