Potential fix for Crashes for Intel 13 and 14 gen CPU's

@NehkidGramma84  Most motherboard got a bios flash update out by now.
This to update microcode and add INTEL DEFAULT SETTINGS option in the bios.
This for the unlimited volt/amp/watts setting at default bios settings <-- no flashed bios.
