Pre Order DOWNLOAD ERROR Battlefield 2042 [SOLVED]

I have tried to download game from EA app and Origin. I get error from both. "Download error" "Something went wrong" "Check your internet connections" etc kind of. I purchased the biggest Battlefield 2042 edition for playing early this game and cant even download. I'm really disappointed!

Can you solve this ASAP please.

Ps.

- Drivers ok

- Win updates ok

- Cache cleared

- Both Origin and EA app uninstalled many times.

In EA´s live chat we refunded my purchase. The purchase was bugged (bought in July/21).
-> Now i bought game from steam, DOWNLOAD STARTED NORMALLY!.
Money refund 7-10 business days.

@MahtisiiliFor PC, the EA Play Early Access starts on the 12th:

I am fairly certain this includes the pre-load as well.

It's strange that the app lets you choose an intall location if that is the case. It does say "pre-load available" in the app too.

Mine currently says "downloading" on the "my collection" page but i get not network activity and there's no download on the downoad manager page.

@RaXhaWell in your case you have EA Play Pro, so you are entitled to the full game Early Access starting on the 12th. Also, you are able to pre-load now!

However, I would recommend using Origin for your pre-load... the EA Desktop app is a Beta and has some issues still.
I am fairly sure @Mahtisiili has EA Play and so will likely need to wait for the download...

I just solved my problem by reinstalling EA Desktop, pre-loading right now. :-)

Ohh, i still cant download...
Im normal member who just bought best edition of this Battlefield 2042.
I have these errors.

@Mahtisiili Have you tried preloading it in Origin instead of the EA Desktop App?
