I PRE ORDERED the ultimate edition of the game and i had acess to all the content i was promised, including the premium version of the battlepass. i still have access to everything but i suddenly have lost the premium tag which i had until 2 days ago. whats up with that
DICE Teamyes @EA_Atic i have done that. i have done that even tough i should not need to do that when i bought and paid for the game on steam and expected it to be able to run withoutissues from there.
but guess what @EA_Atic . THAT DIDNT WORK TOO. the premium has just vanished! POOF. GONE. LIKE IT NEVER EVEN EXISTED.
except it DID exist, because i paid for it. AND I HAD IT. and i still have everything i unlocked when i DID have it. now i know you arent a developer @EA_Atic so i dont expect you to wave your magic wand and fix this up. but yall took the one and only thing that still kept me coming back to this game and i DAMN WELL expect yall give me back what i paid real money for. i dont care how you do it. i dont what you gotta do to get it done. but give me back my premium.
