Preview of weapons and vehicles

Hello, I have seen this yesterday on a PC user. Why don't we have it on consoles? even some PC gamers don't have it either. Is a bug of console?  https://youtu.be/dbInXLDWojo

Hi @borroma31, Its a bit hidden but everyone can do it and its over here: Collection > Weapons > Customize > Hardware appearance and then 'preview and equip'
