Prime gaming loot not appearing in my account.

Hello! I've my twitch account and my ea account linked since 2022, and now when I have tried try to get the skin of rising waters, it shows in prime gaming as properly claimed but doesn't appear in ...

    I post this if someone have the same issue as me.

    Usualy with all others companies when you are going to get amazon prime gaming loot, you  just need to link you twitch account with your game account.

    With EA this is different ( I guess that because they want to sell our data ) with them you also need to link you amazon.com account in order to receive drops and rewards.
