Progress lost after transtioning xbox game pass to epic game store
Previously i was playing on xbox pc game pass then then i decided buy the game so bought on epic but now progress is lost. help needed.

In short, each platform has its own separate cloud (XBOS, PS , EA APP, or other platform), if you change platforms, you start from scratch.

If you want to continue your rank progress, then go back to the previous platform & log in there.
