Summarize your bug Any partial progress for Badges, Images & Tags has been reset to zero. This includes both earned and unearned items. Tag I have Earned: Battle Angel. (All three items listed as Zero) Tag I do not have: Weapon of Mass Destruction. (Distance Travelled in Ground Vehicles is Zero) This also applies to Badges, progress seems to have been lost. T28 Mastery is now Mastery 13, with Zero kills. I had mage progress into this, was more than 10/60 kills. For Images, SMG Prodigy (Kills with PP-29 is Zero). I have Tier 2 with this weapon.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if other players are having this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Progress has been reset.
What should be happening instead? It should not have reset.

This just happened to me on the PS5 also last night. All my badges are now bronze. I've leveled up several weapons but all the Mastery info has reset to zero. When I click on the cards all the info to get them is blank except for the ones I already achieved. Also what is happening with the weekly challenges? I read in the latest "Known Issues" report that the have been delayed. In fact I just went back and double checked to what it said and they just posted this earlier:
FIXED 12/06 @ 14:10 PM UTC - We have reverted our backend changes that was causing this to show and the Weekly Mission system is back to its inactive state. This has also resolved the display issue which was temporarily causing Unlocks and Mastery progress tracking to show as blank.
So maybe the badge bug has been fixed. I'm going to get on the game to see if it has. If so, I will let you know.
Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue I am having. The strange thing is that Images and Tags that I have earned show no progress, even though I have already earned them and I can still equip them. All the values are 0/XX. I can still equip them, since they have already been unlocked.
I just checked and this issue has been fixed on the PS5 except... some of the recent images and tags that I have met the unlocking requirements are not unlocking. It shows that I have met the requirements i.e. 50/50 but they remain locked. Other than that everything else is back in working order. I sure they will get your issue fixed. It is, of course, just a matter of time unfortunately.
I think some of my weapons have that issue. Urgh. I feel like avoiding the game for a bit until they fix it. My PP-29 was almost at the end of Mastery 31, about 25/30. Now it is 0/30 for Mastery 31.
