I just checked and this issue has been fixed on the PS5 except... some of the recent images and tags that I have met the unlocking requirements are not unlocking. It shows that I have met the requirements i.e. 50/50 but they remain locked. Other than that everything else is back in working order. I sure they will get your issue fixed. It is, of course, just a matter of time unfortunately.
Had the same problem and it's fixed now (kind of). I finished a t1 mastery for the hovercraft while I had the bug and still haven't received the wheeled warrior trophy (ps5) . I bought this game only to go for the platinum. Now I don't even want to finish it since I have to level another vehicle.
