I made a post about this in the forum two days ago:
After your accidently weekly mission peak a couple of days ago my progression in tags reset after every game.
No progression on my ac-42 badge. It stopped at 900 kills and wont register kills anymore.
I was playing with the ac-42 when your whole weekly thing happend so my guess is that you bugged something.
this i just my theory because it stopped register kills after you removed the weekly thing.
One guy sayed a should turn to ea support, so i did.
The first day i got the respons: As you stated in the previous email you are not able to access the origin app or launch games through it and need help with the issue, we will look into it and help you with your case here. Not rly the respons i was hoping for becasue it's not my problem.
Second day: They ask me to check my router and connection..... i mean rly!
I can progress in everything except my ac-42 and tags, it's not on my end.
EA help!
I think this is an issue which seems more like a bug which needs maybe a patch
So I would suggest you to make a bug report, i think with this issue the support can't help
