[PS4]I’m getting white screen after pressing X to logon.

I have reinstalled the game, power cycled my ps4 pro and it is still loading up the game, but going to an infinite white screen after trying to connect to server.   Every other game I have no problem running.

    I have found the solution.  Apparently my EA account and PSN account unlinked somehow.  I signed into my PSN on EA and it now will load past the white screen.  I thought the game or my system was broken.
