Ps5 - Game wont log into EA Servers, don't know what to do

Was playing normally today, and then all of a sudden, game kicked me out and went back to the "Press X" screen (before the menu).

Now, it tells me "Not signed into Playstation Network. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information
