Ps5 frequent bad performance and stutter

since new season I am getting bad performance again on ps5 where it seems about every 15 -20 seconds the game will studder and on screen it will show me in the previous position I was in and then bac...

    Looking at the video's and thank you for uploading! @jonvsrt4

    You can see you have packed loss when that hick up happens, its related to data being lost. This can be relate on your side or something between you and the Game servers.
